There is a large public car park that is available to customers at an additional cost. You can add a valet service to your experience when making a VIP booking. There is a taxi rank next to Hï Ibiza.

We are usually open from 11:30 pm to 06:30 am. Please check our calendar for info on our events. Opening & closing times may be subject to change.

The safety and security of our guests is our No.1 priority. Our security checks are conducted by both female and male staff.

Hï Ibiza reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to follow our security staff’s direction.

Flip-flops, tank tops and swimwear are not allowed. Men must wear long pants, not shorts. We don’t allow any sports team merch or any ideological attire that may cause offence.

There are neither lockers nor cloakroom services available at Hï Ibiza.

Backpacks, luggage, or large bags are not allowed. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.

There is no readmission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter. There are outdoor areas at Hï Ibiza for those who want to take a break from the dancefloor.

Your ticket provides access to all areas within Hï Ibiza. Explore three dynamic rooms: The Theatre (main room), The Club Room (second room), and The Wild Corner (third room). Additionally, enjoy the outdoor spaces with The Secret Garden and The Magic Garden from which you can access the rooftop bar for a panoramic experience. To access VIP areas you will have to upgrade your ticket to a VIP one or book a table.

Hï Ibiza is wheelchair accessible and is open to people of all abilities. If you have booked a VIP table, please let us know in advance if your party includes guests who use wheelchairs so we can ensure you have a comfortable and accessible table.

Customers are required to provide a valid form of photo ID upon entry. Valid forms of ID include government-issued ID cards or passports. Please note: you must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.

All attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter Hï Ibiza. Anyone younger than 18 or anyone who is unable to prove their age via valid identification will be refused entry.

Spending your day at Ushuaïa Ibiza and then dancing to the morning in Hï Ibiza is one of the island’s greatest experiences. However, you will need to buy a specific ticket for each venue.

Enjoying the open-air music before Hï Ibiza is an ideal combination, but you'll need to buy a separate ticket for Ushuaïa Ibiza.

Staying at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel will mean you are only minutes away from the excitement at Hï Ibiza. However, you will still be required to purchase a ticket for all Hï Ibiza events.

To make a VIP table request, please fill out the request form. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible. If your request is for an event taking place today we will contact you rapidly.

On arrival you will find signs directing you to the VIP entrance, which is located at the front of the venue on the right hand side.

Once you book a table, information about the maximum capacity for that table will be shared with you. Please fill out the form to make your VIP request.

A selection of sushi and smaller food options is available throughout the event.

The arrangement of our VIP tables may be subject to change. You will receive an email with the table layout and the price list once you make your request.

What payment methods are accepted? Can I pay by card?

We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express.

ID matching the name on your bank card will be required for anyone choosing to pay via card during the event.

Do you accept cash? Cash payments are also accepted, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. There is an ATM inside Hï Ibiza for your convenience.

Bookings are fully transferable. You may move the booking to another event or request a refund up to 24-hours before the event except for the Opening & Closing parties or other special events, which require a 72-hour notice.

What is the best time to arrive? To get the most out of your Hï Ibiza VIP experience we recommend you arrive before 01:30. Please let us know when you and your group are planning to arrive.

Identification All attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter Hï Ibiza. Anyone younger than 18 or who is unable to prove their age with valid identification will unfortunately be refused entry.

Original personal Identification will be required at the VIP entrance. You must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.

For European citizens: national identity card or passport; For non-European citizens: passport. Driver's licenses or similar documents will not be valid under any circumstances.

We provide valet services on demand, which you can add when making your booking. VIP valet parking can be found at the entrance to the venue’s carpark.

eTickets can be downloaded and displayed on your smartphone. There is no need to print your ticket.

For some events, a limited number of VIP tickets will be released to access our VIP area.

Photo & video for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed. However, any filming or photography for commercial use is not allowed. If you don’t wish to be recorded or photographed, please do not pose for photos, and inform our staff.

Professional camera equipment is not allowed into the premises, and you may risk having such equipment confiscated upon arrival at the venue.

Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed into the premises either.

We have an in-house photo and video team on-site covering the event.

Upon purchase of your ticket for Hï Ibiza, you give your express consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and such content might be posted on our socials or other channels, for advertising purposes. For further info, please check our Privacy Policy.

It is strictly prohibited to bring any food or beverages into the premises of Hï Ibiza.

Any lost property at our security office, which is open from Monday to Sunday starting at 20:00, or send an email to support@hiibiza.com. The security office is located at Hï Ibiza. You can find it on the right-hand side of the venue: walk through the car park and enter via the side entrance. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Hï Ibiza.

Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, which are found at the venue, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the Guardia Civil (Spanish Military Police), who will take over responsibility, recording everything on a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found. Unless the venue is closed or in extreme circumstances, a specific timetable for picking up by e-mail may be agreed upon between both parties.

Residents must provide a photograph ID and official documents to prove their residence in Ibiza. Utility bills or rental agreements, for example.

Packs of 5 Drinks can be purchased in advance at the price of 85€

The pack can only be used for the day that appears on the voucher and drinks must be used that same day.

The voucher must be exchanged at the Shots Corner of Hï Ibiza, where you'll receive 5 drink tickets to use at the bars.

Right of admission is reserved. All assistants must take a valid ID.

Dress code: No flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, sports jerseys, backpacks, uncovered torsos, sweatpants, sweatshirts, sports shoes or headgear and / or football / basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises of Hï Ibiza.

There is no cloakroom available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage or big bags are not permitted (except ladies’ handbags).

Hï Ibiza operates an over 18s policy. Anyone under the age of 18 will be refused entry.

Early arrival is advisable to secure admission.

Opening times are not fixed and may change on the day.

Hï Ibiza will not be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

Drink in moderation. It is your responsibility.

Drug use is harmful to your health.
